1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the author using the drama script, the Defendant is a company producing and distributing movies, etc., and C is not the representative director of the Defendant, but is in fact operating the drama script.

On November 15, 2015, the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the Chinese film and television companies (hereinafter referred to as “China corporations”) entered into a drama production contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”) with the following content.

1.5.1.A pays 1.5.1. the remuneration of KRW 50,00,00 (3; hereinafter the same shall apply) to B as remuneration under the contract pursuant to Section 1.6. paragraph 1.6. below, with creation of a story distance, modification work of a story distance at Party A’s request, and completion of a story distance at Party A’s request, 1-3 completed scripts, and with remuneration following the planning progress.

(Voting Fees: 20 million won, planning and progress personnel expenses and 21 million won, part 1-3, and part 9 million won, respectively) also agrees that the funds paid shall be entrusted to Byung with the creation of all cityoptictic scopison owned by both of the sick and any other tickets related thereto.

1.6. Within five (5) days (based on the working day) after the conclusion of the contract, A shall pay as down payment 60% of the amount of sales rights and remuneration for creations to the accounts designated by both sick and wounded, namely, 30 million won.
