A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Criminal facts

The Defendant was the internal relationship between the victim C (n, 50 years of age) and the victim from March 2014 to April 20, 2015.

1. On June 2014, the Defendant violated the residence of a female by entering the victim’s house in Tong-gu, Tong-si, through which the victim was dead and did not receive any telephone, and opening the entrance door door of the victim’s house and entering the house room, where the victim’s house was unlocked by him/her, and infringed on the victim’s house.

2. Violence;

A. On June 2014, around 09:0, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s dwelling room, as described in paragraph (1), and continued to walk with the victim’s dwelling room and walked with the victim’s plastic scam, and committed assault by taking the victim’s hand at one time at the victim’s hand.

B. On December 19, 2014, the Defendant found the victim who was hospitalized at the F Hospital in Sinyoung-si E, and then started in the future with the first floor of the above hospital, and the victim extracted the victim from his/her arms on the victim's left side on the ground that he/she did not receive his/her own telephone, and then used violence at one hand at one time on the victim's hand.

3. Special intimidation.

A. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim at the near parking lot in the victim’s residence in G at the middle aam in the middle aam in the morning; and (b) displayed the wire ropes prepared in advance to the seat and the food knife, which is a dangerous object prepared between the seat and the chief of the driver’s seat, to the victim; (c) and (d) did not look at “I will not leave you if you do not see it.”

“Intimidating the victim”, the victim was threatened.

B. On April 25, 2015, the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone at an insular place to the victim’s cell phone “the thickness prior to the spread of the victim’s cell phone.”

The victim is a victim by transmitting the word "no longer than she is able to be able to be frighten with a thickness of scarcity any longer than she is offlined."
