A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2015, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) received the report of 112 from the third floor stairs located in Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) sought confirmation of residence and returning to the Republic of Korea from the slope D belonging to the Seoul Jung-gu Police Station C District District; (c) took a bath to the said D; and (d) assaulted the part of the above D with the left left kne with the car.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case and the maintenance of order of police officers.

However, the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case, and repents and reflects his mistake, and the defendant is not less than 2 times before and after the fine, and the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and result of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime are considered, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
