A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 1318] The Defendant served as an employee from around 2007 to July 201 at the “E”, a sales store of precious metals located in Asan City C.

1. 2. The Defendant, around December 2008, was committed with precious metal sales around December 2008, by deceiving the Victim F from the aforementioned method at the said precious metal sales store, and was delivered with precious metal worth KRW 5 million in total at the market price, such as gold ging, etc. from the victim.

1. The Defendant committed the crime of March 15, 2012: (a) around March 15, 2012, at the fifth floor H office of the G building in ASEAN-si; (b) as if he/she operated the sales store of precious metals in the new global department store; and (c) as if he/she entered into an agreement with the J, the amount of money brought to the Defendant as his/her employees while having given his/her benefits to his/her house is six million won.

It is possible to lend money to purchase a 13 million won fake from the scam in return for the lending of the interest of KRW 300,000 won per month.

When lending KRW 10 million, the principal shall be repaid after three months.
