1. The defendant shall issue to the plaintiff each point of the attached Form 3, 4, 5, 12, and 3 among the second floor of the building stated in the attached Form.
Reasons
According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building specified in the order No. 1 to C on April 5, 2013 by setting the deposit amount of KRW 10 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 770,00,000; and (c) period from April 5, 2013 to April 4, 2015; (c) C leased the said building to operate the real estate brokerage office with the Defendant and the Dong business; (d) however, the lessee was delinquent by 14-month; and (e) the Plaintiff notified C of the termination of the lease on the grounds of overdue payment on June 16, 2015.
According to the above facts, the lease between the plaintiff and C was lawfully terminated due to the plaintiff's exercise of the right to terminate the lease on the ground of overdue rent, and the defendant is obligated to leave the building which is the object of the lease.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
