1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

From October 2013 to December 16, 2013, the Defendant is a person who installed approximately 35 square meters of the first floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, about 50 marine outdoor game equipment, and four game software equipment, with employment of D, E, etc. as an employee.

The Defendant managed the overall business of the above game room, and D, E (each request for a summary order on December 31, 2013), etc. committed the following crimes by giving guidance to customers and charging points on the card with money, and exchanging the remaining points on the card after the completion of the game in cash.

1. He/she shall not provide game products for distribution or use, which have not been rated as violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, or display or keep such products for such purposes;

The Defendant, along with the foregoing D and E, installed 50 marine camping games, which were not classified by the Committee on Rating Board in the above game area from around October 2013 to December 16, 2013, and provided 4 games to customers for use.

As a result, the Defendant provided game products that were not rated in collusion with the above D and E for use.

2. He/she shall not engage in speculative activities as a business using slot machines or speculative gaming machines, except for speculative business in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc.;

The defendant, together with the above D and E, installed 50 points in the ocean-going game machine and 10,000 won in the card when he received 10,000 won from the customers at the place of the above D and E, he shall charge 100,000 won in the card. The defendant shall have the customers obtain 100,000 points per time in the ocean-going game according to the upper or high-level game with 100 points, and 100,000 points or 50,000 won in accordance with the upper or high-level game with 10 points per time in the game and obtain points from 100 points to 5,000 points per time in accordance with the ratio of distribution, and then automatically deducted from the exchange game machine when requested by the customers who completed the game.
