The Re-Appellant's grounds for re-appeal are examined.

According to the records, the evaluation of the real estate at auction is identical to the theory of acting as an agent for the collection of the evaluation of the real estate at auction, and it can be known that it was implemented by the order of the auction court. Acting as an appraiser is not only qualified as an appraiser with experience in the evaluation of real estate, but also has the authority to evaluate the real estate at auction as an appraiser under the order of the auction court, and there is no vindication that the evaluation of the real estate at auction was conducted as an unfair under-value in the evaluation of the real estate at auction as an appraiser under the order of the auction court, and there is no vindication that the evaluation was conducted as an unfair under-value in the evaluation of the real estate at auction at the auction court, and there is a new fact that the argument about this is not asserted in the original judgment.
