A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 16, 2019, at around 14:14, 2019, the Defendant removed, in his/her hand, a theft prevention house attached to nicotine equivalent to 20,000 won in the market price owned by the victim C on the first floor of the building in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) removed, by removing, by hand, a theft prevention house attached to nicotine equivalent to 20,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was displayed as sampling using an employee’s negligence in monitoring.
2. On June 25, 2019, around 16:48, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and removed a theft prevention house attached three to the victim’s market price in the amount of KRW 40,000, which was displayed using a gaps in which employees’ surveillance was neglected; (b) removed, in his/her hand, three hand saws; and (c) cut off three hand saws.
