Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:10 on August 21, 2012, the Defendant filed a civil lawsuit with the court on the ground that the victim F (the age of 56) who is the chief executive officer of the E-stock company, received the E-stock company’s total equipment cost of KRW 255,291,300, and did not return the above price, and committed an assault against the victim, such as: (a) the defect in provisionally seizing corporeal movables in the Defendant’s office together with the execution officer; (b) the victim hicking “gorg” while taking the bath to “gorgorg” against the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim for about 14 days in light of the 14 days in need of treatment.
