1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the second floor of the building listed in the annex list, indication A, B, C, D, E, f. of the annex list;

Indication of claim: The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant as of June 16, 2018 on a deposit of KRW 2 million, monthly rent of KRW 350,00,000,000, and period of January 15, 2019; and the Defendant did not pay monthly taxes from September 16, 2018; thus, the Plaintiff, as a duplicate delivery of a complaint, cancelled the lease agreement for reasons of delinquency in monthly tax payment; and sought a payment of the amount calculated by the rate of KRW 350,000 per month from September 16, 2018 to September 35, 2018.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
