The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Therefore, the Defendant’s assertion of mistake of facts is without merit.

The fact that the Defendant committed the instant crime against the Defendant’s husband and the victim by committing an unlawful act is the primary cause for the failure of the marriage of the Defendant, which led to the failure of the marriage of the Defendant, is considered in light of the circumstances leading up to the crime.
