A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 798" Defendant is an employer who runs a construction business by frequently employing a worker at the construction site of a private house in the Gangnam-gun of Gangwon-si, the construction site of a new private house, the construction site of a four-time loan in the Hanju-si, the construction site of a private house in the Jinju-si, and the construction site of a private house in the E-site, from time to time.

The Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 26,480,000 of wages of 12 workers within 14 days from the date of each retirement, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, as well as KRW 720,00,00, retired from the Defendant’s work as an unclaimed worker from November 20, 2014 to December 4, 2014 at the above construction site, without any agreement on the extension of the payment period between the parties.

Defendant 2, “2018 Highest 193,” is an employer who runs a construction business by frequently employing daily workers at the construction site of a loan in the name of the original city.

Defendant did not pay 13,390,000 won in total for six workers within 14 days from the date of each retirement without an agreement on the extension of the payment period between the parties, as shown in the list of crimes attached hereto, including G wage of KRW 3,420,00, retired from the said construction site from August 10, 2015 to December 10, 2015.
