1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs a chartered bus transportation business.

Matters referred to in the bidding are subject to lease of the contents of the services for the lease of the Olympic Smpis Spire bus service contract (emergency) for the Olympic Spich Spire: 45 persons, 35 persons, 30 persons, and 25 persons on board: The operating hours of five days a week (monthly or gold): 08: 1,021, 897, 896 won (including additional taxes) from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016, the basic amount of the service contract period of 1,021,897, 896 won (including a long-term contract) for the first time from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016, and the site site descriptions of 510,948,948 won/2016,510,948,948 won in lieu of contract terms and conditions and guidelines for the inspection of vehicles;

Other reference matters shall be governed by the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party, a tender for services, a general terms and conditions of a service contract, a detailed criteria for qualification examination of general services of the Government Procurement Service (Public Notice No. 2009-39, August 21, 2009), a special consideration of integrity contract, and a special condition for integrity contract execution.
