Criminal facts

On December 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on December 23, 2013, and two years of suspended execution became final and conclusive on the 31st of the same month

1. On October 10, 2014, around October 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door of the victim C, a structure located in Daejeon Dong-gu, and intrudes into the entrance of the said material warehouse, which was not corrected, at around 17:00 on October 17, 2014; and (b) did not discover the stolen goods at that place; (c) opened the entrance door of the victim C, a structure located in Daejeon Dong-gu, and did so.

2. On October 10, 2014, around October 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance door of a warehouse of the victim E, a building located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, into the agricultural equipment and materials storage of the victim E, and intrudes into the entrance door of the said material and warehouse after the order; (b) two copies of rice pets in the market price at that location; (c) ten copies of rice pets in the market price at that location; and (d) one cut machine; and (e) stolen the victim’s property.

3. On October 22, 2014, around October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the entrance door of the said materials storage, cut off, and intruded into the entrance door of the said materials storage; and (b) cut off the said materials storage from around October 22, 2014 at the victim G, a structure located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; and (c) stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 39,000,000, total market price of KRW 5,000,000.
