B around October 6, 2011, after acquiring F in Daegu-gu E from G to reporting the succession to the status of liquefied petroleum gas business entity, he/she was employed by Defendant A from November 2012 as his/her employee while engaged in the liquefied petroleum gas sales business. On November 14, 2012, he/she additionally leased part of the H 1st floor deposit amount of KRW 500,000,000 and monthly rent of KRW 20,000,000 to use it as a resting space.

A around September 1, 2013, around 90 million won, Defendant B transferred 80 cafeterias among Defendant B’s customers, 600 cafeterias at home, and 2 telephone numbers for order delivery from time to time, and operated a liquefied petroleum gas sales business to the customer who takes over from time, and Defendant B continued to conduct a liquefied petroleum gas sales business for 20 cafeterias which are remaining customers after transferring to Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

(a) A person who intends to conduct business for filling liquefied petroleum gas or business for manufacturing gas appliances shall obtain permission from the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Do Governor or Special Self-Governing Province Governor at each place of business;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Daegu Metropolitan City Mayor from September 1, 2013 to September 23, 2013, was connected to the F office located in the H 1st floor in Daegu-gu, and used by Defendant B to charge a survey pipe directly produced by Defendant B, and the survey pipe sold from the city cannot be charged with a survey pipe with a liquefied petroleum gas container 20 km out of the 50km punch-gu Liquefied petroleum gas container, and it was produced by purchasing two survey tubes sold by Defendant B during the city and connecting them.

Funified petroleum gas containers using B are the annual customs clearance to move liquid at a low place without using 50 km punch containers, and 50 km liquefied petroleum gas containers used at ordinary homes or restaurants are only gaseous.
