A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On August 28, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment in the Daejeon District Court for four months, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in addition to nine-time crimes.

1. Around 4:40 on July 29, 2014, the Defendant driven a Dro-ray car while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.175% in the 27km section of the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, from the string to the 07:26th day.
