1. Defendant C shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from January 5, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff invested KRW 60,000,000, and operated Defendant C and D as a partnership company from May 2018.

B. Defendant B, upon Defendant C’s request on June 4, 2018, entered the name, resident registration number, and address in the debtor’s column of the loan certificate amounting to KRW 30,000,000 on the same date and affixed the seal to Defendant C.

Defendant C signed and sealed this loan certificate as a joint guarantor.

C. On the same day, the Plaintiff deposited KRW 30,000,000 in total with the Defendant’s deposit account, and the Defendant B paid the said money at the Defendant’s request.

On September 30, 2019, Defendant B transferred money of KRW 15,000,000 to Defendant C immediately from Defendant C to Defendant C’s deposit account, upon receipt of a request from both the Plaintiff to transfer money to Defendant C, and transferred money of KRW 15,00,000 deposited from the Plaintiff to Defendant B’s deposit account.

2. Determination on the ground of claim seeking payment of KRW 30,000,000 among the plaintiff's claims

A. In light of the facts acknowledged above, the Defendants are obligated to pay the Plaintiff the borrowed money and the joint and several liability amount of KRW 30,000,000 as of June 4, 2018, and damages for delay, barring any special circumstances.

B. Facts recognized by Defendant C as to the Defendants’ assertion of reimbursement were as follows: KRW 3,00,000 on September 27, 2018; KRW 1,000,000 on September 29, 2018; KRW 3,000,000 on September 3, 2018; KRW 0.3,000 on October 3, 2018; KRW 00,000 on October 3, 200, KRW 00 on October 3, 2018; KRW 0.03,00 on October 3, 200, KRW 00 on October 3, 200, KRW 00 on October 4, 2018; KRW 10.0 on August 20, 200 on August 1, 200, KRW 8,000 on August 20, 208; and
