Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

B. 1) The sentence of the lower court on the grounds that the Defendant’s sentence is too unreasonable is unreasonable. 2) The lower court’s sentence is too uneasible and unreasonable.
2. Determination
A. The lower court rejected the Defendant’s assertion on the same argument as the grounds for appeal by the Defendant. In light of the circumstances set forth in its reasoning, the lower court rejected the Defendant’s assertion by specifically explaining the grounds for appeal under the title “the judgment on the Defendant and his defense counsel’s assertion (2013da2052 related to the judgment on the assertion of the Defendant and his defense counsel).” Examining the record comparison with the evidence legitimately adopted and examined, the lower court’s judgment is justifiable, and it can be sufficiently recognized that the Defendant, as stated in its reasoning, by deceiving the victim company with the intent to commit fraud, and by deceiving the Defendant.
