1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 30% per annum from August 31, 2010 to the day of complete payment.

1. On January 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the Defendant lent KRW 60 million to the Defendant on February 27, 2010, with the payment period fixed as follows. However, the Defendant paid KRW 20 million on April 2, 2010 and did not pay the remainder of KRW 40 million.

Accordingly, on April 12, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay 40 million won of the remainder of the leased principal, and if the Defendant did not pay it by August 30, 2010, the Defendant agreed to pay damages for delay at the rate of 3% per month. However, the Defendant does not pay the principal and interest of the loan so far. As such, the Plaintiff as the instant lawsuit, claiming that the Defendant pay damages for delay at the rate of 40 million won of the leased principal and 30% from August 31, 2010 to the date of full payment.
