Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a B rocketing car;
On July 13, 2011, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license, and proceeded with the three-lane road in front of the Broadcasting and Communications University located in 1132-19, Dong-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, along the two-lanes of viewing distance from the viewing room to the viewing distance. The Defendant changed the three-lane line to the three-lane.
At the time, it was installed as one side of the 3-lanes of the car driving by the defendant at night, and the 1st side of the 3-lanes of the 3-lanes, and thus, the defendant was trying to move back at that place, and there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and to prevent the accident in advance, and to ensure that there are other vehicles that combine one another with the 3-lanes of the 3-lanes of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, sustained bodily injury, such as fluoral salt, etc., in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding and abetting the victims, even though 468,020 won of repair expenses, such as the exchange of fluoral fluors, were destroyed by the damaged vehicle.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant on the roads in front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Yeonsu-dong 604-8 Saemaeul-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, through the places specified in paragraph (1) from the Do front of the lurlin Do cafeteria, Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, at the time and time specified in paragraph (1).
