A A A is punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, Defendant B is punished by a fine of KRW 4 months and a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant C is punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 6, 2014 to November 10, 2014, Defendant B, from the Defendant’s home located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant had F, etc. ambling the instant “Stop” in a white field over 10% from the Defendant’s home located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and received 10% of the printing money in return for providing a place.

Accordingly, the Defendant opened a gambling place for profit-making purposes.

2. From November 6, 2014 to November 10, 2014, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant F, and Defendant D, together, provided that the first 3 points of the Defendant B’s house located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, using Chapter 48 of the first place of the Defendant B’s house located in Kimpo-si, and the first place of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 3 points of the 48 points of the 2,000 unit of the 1 point of the 1 point to the tension.

3.
