Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B are married couple.

At around 13:55 on August 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s coming from the parking lot of the Domoel 1st floor located in Suwon-si C, Suwon-si, to see that the victim came from the Motour; (b) caused the victim’s injury to the victim, by walking the clothes of the victim two times due to the right drinking, such as the failure of the treatment days, on the part of the victim.
