1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

In light of the above, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, North Korea Development, and the agreement to terminate the instant trust agreement (hereinafter “the instant termination agreement”) as indicated below, and the North Korea Development explained to the North Korea that “In order to terminate the instant trust agreement, the consent of the beneficiary of the agreement is necessary to terminate the instant contract, and the agreement between the beneficiary of the agreement and the Plaintiff is required to be signed, and thus, the effect of the instant termination agreement must be attached thereto.”

North Korea sent the text of this case’s termination agreement to the Plaintiff and the Geumcheon Mutual Savings Bank without affixing a seal respectively. North Korea’s main development and the Plaintiff and the Geumcheon Mutual Savings Bank separately signed the text of this case’s termination agreement around June 17, 2014 and sent the termination agreement of this case’s signing and sealing it to the Defendant by facsimile, etc.

* This Agreement is related to the security trust agreement and business agreement between the parties below, and the truster and the debtor and the beneficiary (implementer) of North Korea Development Project (A): the Plaintiff’s preferential beneficiary (a trust and agent) (A): the Defendant’s preferential beneficiary (financial institution): golded mutual savings bank - The former sentence - the security trust agreement (hereinafter referred to as “trust agreement”) designating the land of this case as the first priority beneficiary, and the Party A, B, C, and C concluded the instant business agreement in relation to the instant project, and completed the gold-line development project, as follows, the agreement between Party A, B, C, and C will terminate the instant project agreement with the trust agreement:
