A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant interfering with the performance of special duties on September 21, 2017, at the main point of “E” located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on September 21, 2017, and the “E” will interfere with the operation of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried a dangerous object, thereby obstructing police officers from performing their legitimate duties in relation to the handling of 112 reports.

2. On March 24, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 2.5 million won by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking), etc. On August 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. on August 19, 2009 and two years of suspended execution.

On September 24, 2017, at around 17:35, the Defendant driven an Iring MKX car at approximately 500 meters away from the front of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang Police Station calculated the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station, to the front road located in 11 in the same route, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.140% during blood.
