The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the grounds that the facts charged in this case constitute a case where there is no proof of facts constituting the crime, and sentenced the Defendants not guilty. In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the legality

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
