On June 7, 2005, the Defendant deposited with the District Court No. 2445 of 2005 in 107,897,410 won.

1. Basic facts

A. With respect to the previous 12,072m2 (hereinafter “B land before subdivision”), the name of the owner was mistakenly entered into “E (Seoul Jongno-guD)” in the process of being computerized into the current registry on December 3, 2001, when the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 25, 1935 by the registration office of the Kuwon-gun District Court (Seoul Jongno-gu) on the grounds of the purchase and sale from May 27, 1935.

B B B B was divided on June 5, 2005 into B B 2,688m2 and F 9,384m2 (hereinafter “F land”).

B. With respect to the previous 3,772m2 (hereinafter “G land”), the name of the owner was mistakenly entered into H(Seoul Jongno-guD) in the closed register as the District Court No. 5521, May 27, 1935, which was received on May 25, 1935, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the owner “C (Seoul Jongno-guD)” on the grounds of sale and purchase on May 25, 1935.

C. In accepting F land on June 7, 2005, the Defendant deposited F land expropriation compensation of KRW 107,897,410 (hereinafter “F land deposit”) with the District Court No. 2445 (hereinafter “E”). On the same day, the Defendant deposited F land expropriation compensation of KRW 48,538,300 (hereinafter “G land deposit”) with the District Court No. 2447 in 2005 with the depositee “H”).

In addition, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of each of the defendant was completed on the ground of expropriation on July 5, 2005, No. 10171, which was received on July 5, 2005, and June 7, 2005, as to the land G due to expropriation on June 28, 2005, No. 9635, which was received on June 28, 2005, and the expropriation on June 7, 2005.

E. As to F land on June 9, 2014, the indication of “E” on the F’s land was due to a computer error.
