A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

1,301,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 29, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court, and on April 14, 2004, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence at the official prison.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Import of philophones;

A. At around 18:00 on December 2007, the Defendant: (a) directed the wife at the large-scale psychotropic drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) asked Dongs E located in the Republic of Korea to transfer the mealopon; (c) upon having the above philopon, D was on board the large flopon which starts from the above port to the Republic of Korea and entered the Republic of Korea at around 14:00 on the following day; and (d) in collusion with D and imported the philopon in collusion with D by entering the Republic of Korea at around 14:00 on the following day.

B. Around January 30, 2008, the Defendant: (a) sent approximately 0.66 g of oponononononon to D at a large-scale, Chinese Grand-si; (b) asked D to deliver it to E; and (c) D had consented to the above oponon on board a large-scale, which is departing from the Republic of Korea in the above port of port and entered the Republic of Korea at around 12:00 on the following day; and (d) imported opononon in collusion with D by means of entering the Republic of Korea at around 12:00.

C. On October 2007, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from F to a new bank account in the name of G used by the Defendant on November 20, 2007 upon receipt of a request from F to the Republic of Korea to send phiphonephones from the Chinese Buddhist land.

At around 15:00 on February 4, 2008, the Defendant concealed about 16.89g of philophones in the Republic of Korea at an early stage, and had Bohovah on board the Republic of Korea with it, and on February 5, 2008, imported philophones by allowing them to enter the Republic of Korea at around 09:00 on February 5, 2008.

In collusion with F, the Defendant imported philophones in collusion with F.
