Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who contracts and leases construction machinery with the trade name of “D,” and the Defendants are the nominal owner of the business registration certificate engaging in the aggregate, fluorite, and marine cargo transport business with the trade name of “E” between husband and wife, and Defendant B is the actual operator of the above “E”.
B. From January 2015 to March 2016, the Plaintiff completed the cream work on the Hbane line, such as the F reclamation work site of the Defendants, G shipment work site, etc.
C. Upon completion of the above work, the Plaintiff entered the Plaintiff as the supplier, the Defendant C’s recipient, and the items as the equipment user fee, and issued each tax invoice as listed below.
