1. The defendant shall pay each of the corresponding money stated in the "claim Amount" column for each plaintiff in attached Table 1 to the plaintiffs.

The Plaintiffs to be indicated in the claim concluded a contract under which each of the real estate stated in the “specified Real Estate” column of the attached Table 2 as of each date indicated in the “contract Date” column of the same Table by each date indicated in the same Table (hereinafter “each of the instant lease agreements”) with the Defendant respectively, and paid each of the money indicated in the “Deposit Payment Date” column of the same Table to the Defendant on each date indicated in the same Table.

However, since each of the instant lease agreements ends on the expiration of the term or the termination of the agreement on October 16, 2019, the Defendant is obligated to pay each interest specified in the attached Table 2 to the Plaintiffs.
