1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 17, 1935, the net Q has completed registration of preservation of ownership with respect to the area of 654 square meters prior to the South-Namnam-gun P.

B. Around October 25, 1951, the Plaintiff married with R, and thereafter, transferred to Gyeongnam-gun T, which is the legal domicile of the net Q (Death on June 5, 1991) and the legal domicile of the deceased Q.

C. 1) The net Q died on May 7, 1947. At the time, in the event that the Australia died before the enforcement of the customary Civil Act, inheritance of the heritage is the custom at the time when the family heir succeeds to the family (see Supreme Court Decision 2010Da79053, Mar. 15, 2012). Pursuant to the A, the deceased on March 3, 2004, Defendant C, G, H, I, J, J, K, L, M, N, N,O (name before the opening of the name), and the deceased on March 3, 2004.

(C) At the time of death, Defendant D, Defendant E, and F, the husband, at the time of death, died on June 27, 2014. [In the absence of any dispute over the grounds for recognition, Party A’s evidence No. 1, Party A’s evidence No. 2, Party A’s evidence No. 3, and Party A’s evidence No. 5, the purport of the entire pleadings, as a whole.

2. Determination as to the cause of action

A. The plaintiff's assertion 1) The plaintiff asserted that, around October 25, 1961, the plaintiff supported the Sinnam-gun T by moving to the Sinnam-gun T, the plaintiff's head, and around that time, he received the real estate in title trust from the deceased S and possessed the above real estate from the time he received the real estate in title trust from the deceased Q, to the present time. Since the acquisition by prescription of possession of the above real estate was completed on October 25, 1981 after the lapse of 20 years from October 25, 1961, since the acquisition by prescription was completed on October 25, 1981, the defendants, the owner of the deceased Q, the heir at the time of the completion of the acquisition by prescription, should implement the transfer registration procedure on the above real estate due to the completion of the acquisition by prescription on October 25, 1981 according to their respective inheritance shares.
