1. As to KRW 179,640,452 among the Plaintiff and KRW 71,194,551 among them, Defendant Auuu Dou (hereinafter “Defendant Au Dou”) Company shall be the Plaintiff on January 11, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 18, 2010, the Plaintiff, an instructor of Korean history, entered into a publication lecture agreement (hereinafter “instant contract”) with Defendant Mauu (hereinafter “Defendant Mau”) (hereinafter “Defendant Mau”) on the following terms and conditions.

Article 1 (Subjects of Contracts) Details of the rights and obligations concerning the operation rights, copyrights, neighboring rights, sale, distribution and distribution rights, etc. of educational products and contents related to the plaintiff, such as the lectures of public officials' private teaching institutes and derivative works related thereto, etc. (Period of Contracts)

1. The term of this contract shall, in principle, be three years, which shall begin from the date of conclusion of the contract and shall be as follows:

The class of a private teaching institute: January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013.

Publications: It shall be governed by a separate agreement.

(c) Video and other: Guarantee of sales, distribution, and distribution rights to Defendant Auuu whose content was produced on January 1, 201 to December 31, 2013: Provided, That for content produced on or before the end of the contract, six months from the end of the contract to the end of the contract;

2.In the event that the extension of this contract is not desired, to be notified in writing to the other party not later than three months before the end, and in the absence of any separate negotiation by the end date, this contract shall be extended by one year for the same section.

Article 3 (Payment of Price)

1. Defendant Auuer must pay the Plaintiff’s consideration for the provision of educational products and content as follows:

A comprehensive group of driving schools: 10% of the amount of tuition fees (credit card fees deducted) for the relevant course (Proportional distribution among 1/2 of the amount of tuition fees for the relevant course, and the amount of tuition fees for the 7nd class 9th class Busan Jam Research Institute shall be 4 million won, and the amount of tuition fees for the 7nd class 9th class 2nd class shall be 4 million won, including traffic expenses, shall be paid 2.5 million won, and the Busan Jam Research Institute may adjust according to future circumstances.

Provided, That for the first half, 50% of the amount of tuition fees (credit card fee deduction) in the relevant course, but for the second half of Busan Jam driving school, 70% for the six months from January 201, and 70% for the last half of the year.
