Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 27, 2017, at around 18:50 on September 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) acquired a copy of the Agricultural Credit Card, in the name of the injured party B, in the 12-dong Ducdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong 12, the Defendant

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On September 27, 2017, at around 20:19, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) was engaged in as if he/she had the right to use the credit card in the name B acquired as described in paragraph (1) at the “D convenience store” located in P, P, and (b) presented it to the victim E; and (c) he/she purchased goods worth KRW 67,800 in total five times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the victims' property, and used the B credit card illegally.
