Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to build, rebuild, alter or remove structures, things or other facilities, or occupy and use roads due to other reasons shall obtain permission from the office of road management.

Nevertheless, on July 28, 2015, from around 09:00 to 10:15, the Defendant occupied and used a road without the permission of the road management agency, such as installing a string to sell clothings at a size of about 60 square meters in front of the entrance, 1, e.g., the subway No. 2 in front of the entrance, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, on the street, from around 09:0 to around 10:15.
