A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

However, in consideration of the fact that the defendant repents and reflects his/her mistake, the fact that he/she has no previous record in the same kind, etc., the defendant's age, sexual behavior, environment, etc., and the punishment as the order shall be determined in consideration of all the sentencing conditions shown in the arguments in this case.
