The guilty portion of the judgment of the court of first instance and the second judgment shall be reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

1. The first instance court found the Defendant not guilty of violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users listed in the annexed Table (3) Nos. 4 through 7, among the facts charged against the Defendant, and found the Defendant not guilty of violation of the Act on the Protection of Financial Users, and found the Defendant not guilty of each credit business, etc. and violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users as to the act of receiving interest during the period from the date of entering into each contract to March 2, 2016, which is the day before the date of entering into the current Credit Business Act to March 2, 2016, which is the day before the date of entering into the current Credit Business Act, on the grounds of the judgment, and found the Defendant not guilty of the remaining charges.

Accordingly, the part of the judgment of the court of first instance in which only the defendant appealed from the conviction among the judgment of the court of first instance and the defendant and the prosecutor did not appeal is finalized, and the part of the judgment of the court of first instance in which the defendant and the prosecutor did not appeal is also remanded to the court of first instance in accordance with the principle of no appeal.

Therefore, the scope of the judgment of this court shall be limited to the part which the court of the second instance and the court of the first instance found guilty, and the part which the court of the first instance found guilty of the above reasons shall follow the conclusion of the court of the first instance

2. The sentencing of the lower court is too inappropriate for each of the main points of the grounds for appeal.

3. We examine the defendant's grounds for appeal ex officio prior to the judgment
