Defendant E Co., Ltd., Ltd., from September 1, 2018 to September 2019, 2019, for the Plaintiff E Co., Ltd., the amount of KRW 100,000 and its amount.
Reasons
Basic Facts
Plaintiff A, such as the party status, is a company that operates the stage design and installation business for performances, exhibitions and events. Plaintiff B is a company that operates the video production business for performances, exhibitions and events. Plaintiff C is a company that produces and installs lighting for performances, exhibitions and events. Plaintiff D is a company that produces special effects for performances, exhibitions and events.
The defendants are companies engaged in planning and performing cultural and artistic performances as agent business.
The Defendants stated “I” in the contract for three days from August 3, 2018 to May of the same month in Busan G Complex.
(hereinafter referred to as “instant performance”) planned to hold a public performance.
On July 18, 2018, Plaintiff A entered into each contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants with Defendant E, and the said Plaintiff entered into an outsourcing service contract with the content of producing sets necessary for the instant performance, and the main contents thereof are as follows.
Article 2 (Opening of Events)

3. Place of event: Article 4 (Details of Services) A (Defendant E) of the Busan G Complex shall be entrusted to the Plaintiff (Plaintiff E) with the following outsourcing services in relation to production (I) and the service shall be performed within a fixed period:
1. Article 5 (Rights and Duties of Party A and B), among the parts necessary for the production of events (a set-up and a set-type drawings);
1. A shall request Eul to provide services under Article 4 and pay the price therefor in accordance with the schedule of Article 6;
2. He/she shall complete the services requested to him/her without any defects within the fixed period;
6. A may, upon completion of the services of B, inspect whether or not defects exist and request that B make any correction thereof immediately. In such cases, B shall, at its own expense, promptly correct the defects.
Article 6 (Price Payment) A shall pay for services to B, in return for services, the daily gold of KRW 200,000 (200,000) V.A.
