A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A. The Defendant who committed the crime is the father of the victim C (0, D) and the husband of E (25 years of age).
