The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment) by the lower court (e., imprisonment with prison labor for two years) is too unreasonable.

2. A favorable circumstance is recognized, such as the fact that the Defendant led to the confession of each of the crimes of this case and reflects his mistake in depth, that the Defendant divorced with his wife, and that the Defendant appears to have been suffering from cardiopulmonary pain in the event of the death of his wife, and that the Defendant appears to have been able to realize the strictness of punishment through confinement life for more than 6 months, and that he would have been given an opportunity for self-esteem.

However, the defendant's criminal records of criminal punishment due to drinking or unlicensed driving have reached 16 times in total, and five times in total, and the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at the Daejeon District Court on November 18, 2010, and on March 24, 2011, after the execution of the sentence was completed, the defendant was issued a summary order on April 6, 2012 during the repeated period, and August 20, 2012. In addition, each of the crimes of this case was repeatedly committed five times in total during the repeated period, and it seems that there is a high risk of repeating a crime by driving without a drinking license over five times in total. Considering that the defendant's act of driving without a drinking license is highly likely to harm his/her life and body as well as another person, the defendant's argument that the defendant's act of sentencing without a drinking license is inappropriate by taking into account the circumstances of each of this case, including the age of 10% and 10% of alcohol.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
