The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.

On August 9, 2017, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle at a section of approximately 300 meters from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City to the “Viewing and viewing roads” located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.157% among blood transfusions on August 9, 2017.
