A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
480,1880,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The above additional collection shall be reasonable.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The role sharing among the Defendant and his accomplices was jointly responsible D(2 years of imprisonment and additional collection of 3.65 billion won in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Seoul Central District Court on May 29, 2015) for the organization operating the “C” Internet gambling site (2.65 billion won in prison and additional collection of 3.65 billion won in prison, and currently pending the appellate trial proceedings) by linking the Internet website with the organization of 920 stores (as above, the head office - 4 or 3 of the headquarters-2 or 4-3 of the headquarters-2 or 3) scattered in China through the organization of the Internet gambling site around May 208.
The defendant committed the crime of violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in China on May 28, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the "the crime of violation of this Act") in the total market for the teaching of the above organization.
