Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the Defendants did not pay each of the above fines, 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B’s joint criminal conduct is the head of the business division of the E-company’s ELE business division, and the Defendant is the representative director of the said company.

F via Defendant A, who was well aware of it, the F returned the human roller equipment owned by the victim Geumcheon-gu Office to the said company, and received the price from the said company and received it for personal use.

Around April 2006, F was supplied with human roller equipment equivalent to 2,1230,000 won at the market price from the above company and was in the occupational custody of the victim Geumcheon-gu Office, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul around September 2006, the Geumcheon-gu Office's Sporo team was in the jurisdiction of Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul around September 2006, the F returned its equipment to the above company through Defendant A, the victim's market price of which is equivalent to 3,850,000 won, and embezzled its equipment by receiving 3,50,000 won, excluding the value-added tax (value-added tax) from the above company, from the above company as the price to the G account in Korea under the name of F.

The Defendants, with knowledge that F embezzled the human roller equipment as above, received return of the above human roller equipment from F to F and remitted the return price to F’s personal account, thereby aiding and abetting F to commit the crime of occupational embezzlement.

In addition, from February 13, 2006 to July 2010, the Defendants aided and abetted the crime of occupational embezzlement of human roller equipment in total of 73,92,00 won in the same way as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

2. On February 2009, Defendant A’s sole criminal administration F applied for the purchase of human roller equipment equivalent to KRW 30,600,000,000 in the market value as if it were the equipment to be paid to its players to its players, who are public officials in charge of purchasing the above culture and sports and the human roller equipment belonging to the Geumcheon-gu Office.

However, the F is true.
