On February 20, 2016, 2016, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from the front 502-dong of the same-sex apartment located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si on February 14:10, 2016 to the front 2km road of the apartment.

The Defendant, around 14:50 on February 28, 2016, 2016, driven a car in approximately two kilometers from the front side of the same-sex apartment 502 road to the front side of the North Korean oil station in the Dong-si, Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, without a motor vehicle driver's license.
