Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2015, around 20:55, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car without a driver’s license at approximately 200 meters distance from the front of the home plug in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of the same Gu in the same direction.
