Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

On April 27, 2013, the Defendant driven, without a motorcycle driver’s license, approximately 10 km from B 49C 14:43 B on April 27, 2013, to the front road of the Dog Jeju High School located in the south-gu Dag Jeju High School.
