A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than an entrusted business operator for the violation of the National Sports Promotion Act and the establishment of gambling spaces, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things and provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome thereof;

(7) M shall serve as a public relations team member to recruit website members and recruit operating team members within the Republic of Korea.
