All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental statement of grounds of appeal submitted after the lapse of the period for submitting the grounds of appeal).
Examining the facts in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the facts or by misapprehending the legal doctrine as to a justifiable act, in so determining, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, that all the Defendants were guilty of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (damage to joint property), violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion), and concealment of property.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
