B On October 2013, 2013, after receiving a proposal from Dong Jae-si Co., Ltd to the effect that “I will offer a passport of the Republic of Korea necessary for the entry of Chinese nationals into the United States, to grant KRW 1 million per a passport on the face of a week,” the Defendant also accepted the proposal to the effect that I would offer a passport of the Republic of Korea to A residing in the same apartment as the above to the effect that I would offer a passport of the Republic of Korea to the same effect as above.

A on October 16, 2013, issued a passport of the Republic of Korea to Defendant B in his name at the Cheongbuk-do Office located in a considerable amount of 82, Cheongju-si, Cheongbuk-do, and Defendant B delivered the above passport to the above C on a selective basis.

Since then, C transferred three copies of the passport of the Republic of Korea, including the above A, to the Chinese passenger, three pictures, including D, and a forged softer whose name is unknown. On October 2013, C received three copies of a forged passport, such as the passport, in the name of the defendant, which was replaced by the pictures of the defendant, who is a Chinese passenger, and entered the Republic of Korea via Mexico via Japan, on November 2, 2013, with E and F, in the transfer area of the departure port of the third floor of the Incheon International Airport, the above forged passport and the aircraft Z102 boarding tickets, and three above D et al. entered the Republic of Korea with a forged passport of the Republic of Korea and the above boarding passes as if they were their citizens.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with C, E, F, etc. in order to offer a passport for the purpose of illegally allowing a foreigner to enter another country via the Republic of Korea, and transferred the passport to another person.
