Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:07 on July 9, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, tried to sit in with the Defendant’s table table for women on other tables, was under control from his employees and the victim E (the age of 46) who is a business owner, and caused the Defendant’s destruction of 10 free will of KRW 30,00 in the market price on the table table.
