A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on August 12, 2009, respectively.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CK7 cars.

On October 20, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.089% of the blood alcohol concentration at around 06:10, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle and moving the front road of the 44-5-5-mix 44-5, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Nowon-do, to the river station, was driven by the victim D (54 years of age) who stops on the new crosswalk due to occupational negligence, due to the Defendant’s failure to perform his duties.

The Defendant, by its occupational negligence, suffered from the injury of climatic salt, etc. to the above D, the injury of climatic salt, etc., which requires treatment for about two weeks to the victim F (the 62-year-old) who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, the injury of climatic salt, etc., which requires treatment for about two weeks, to the same victim G (the 57-year-old), the injury of climatic salt, etc., which requires treatment for about two weeks, and the injury of climatic salt, etc., which requires treatment for about two weeks to the same victim H (the 57-year-old-old-old-old-old-age-old-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age
