A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who has violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Violation of Road Traffic Act, and the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation, and is engaged in driving of the said passenger car.

On February 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the above van that was not covered by mandatory insurance in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.065% in the blood, while driving a two-lane road in front of the “E cafeteria” located in Seosan City D on February 3, 2017; and (b) proceeded along the same lane from the north of the Eastdong-dong to the female string line; (c) proceeded along the same as the opposite line.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, a person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to safely drive motor vehicles with the center line and the line by driving a motor vehicle in the area where the internship is permitted.

Nevertheless, while the Defendant neglected this and tried to her central line while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant fell into the left-hand side of the above passenger car driving by the victim F(18 tax) driving that was going behind the direction of the Defendant’s running.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered approximately two weeks of medical treatment from the victim due to the above occupational negligence. The Defendant suffered the fruit and salt of the right side in need of medical treatment.
